Procurement Specialist

We are currently looking for a Procurement Specialist for a long term
contract opportunity with one of our clients in Ottawa.
Your technical experience will include:
A.. must have recent experience in IT contract management and procurement
support services for at least 5 years;
B.. must have at least 5 years of experience implementing systems and
processes for managing large multi-million dollar IT projects and managing
deliverables and procurement procedures;
C.. must have experience managing and daily costing of large IT projects
and/or engineering projects (more than 1 million dollar projects);
D.. must have quality assurance experience in an IT or engineering
environment;
E.. must have a University Degree in Administration or an equivalent degree;
and
F.. you must hold a valid government security clearance at the Reliability
level. You must be able to provide details of your security clearance. (File
