Our Client in Ottawa is looking for a Bilingual Call Centre Specialist for a
5 month contract.
The target service area is the delivery and support of web-based application
forms. There are currently over a dozen application forms available to
applicants of the Councils. The forms range in complexity from simple (1
page) to complex several pages with attachments. All are available in both
French and English and contain business rules specific to the application
process. In addition, the Client has an added component of "eServices",
eSubmission, which is integrated with the web-based forms.
Support calls originate from individual applicants or representatives from
the University business offices (across Canada - approximately 15,000
applicants). The Call Centre manages calls for four (4) distinct project
groups.
Mandatory Requirements
a) Bilingual (oral, writing, reading French & English - fluent)
b) Mac OS experience (newer than OS4 or OS5)
c) Extensive experience in supporting web applications with multiple
browsers (Internet Explorer all versions over 3 and all versions of Netscape
newer than version 2) in both MAC and PC environments.
d) Experience on a fast paced helpdesk
e) Demonstrated experience in delivery of HelpDesk (call centre)
support
f) Solid oral and written communication skills in both official
languages.
g) Experience in use of call tracking tools (the Clients are currently
using the Action Request System - Remedy)
h) Posses Enhanced Reliability security clearance
