Title: SAP FI/CO Functional Support Specialist
Details:
PROCOM Ottawa has an immediate need for a SAP FI/CO Functional Support
Specialist for a full-time (salaried) position or a 6 month contract to
permanent position with one of our clients.
The successful candidate will be working in a support group and will be
required to be on-call (24/7) for 1 week out of every 5. The individual will
compensated above and beyond their regular salary / rate during the period
in which they are on call. On a day to day basis the individual will be
helping end clients resolve production issues/problems. The individual will
have to know configuration (break fixes, change requests, analysis) in a run
support role. The individual will also be supporting the batch schedule over
night on a rotational basis (checks are run at 10:00 pm every night). If a
problem occurs (i.e.. server goes down, printer problem) the Support
Specialist will be responsible to fix it.
Qualifications:
All candidates must have the following to be considered:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP FI/CO in functional support
position
- A minimum of 1 year of experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts
Receivable (AR) and Procurement.
- Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
- The ability to provide at least 2 references from previously applicable
projects
Details: The opportunity would be a full-time salaried position or a 6 month
contract moving into a full-time role (depending on the experience and
aptitude of the selected individual)
Rate: Open salary or hourly rate (commensurate with experience). Please
