To qualify for this full-time position, you must meet ALL the following expertise:

· Must hold a minimum security clearance of Enhanced Reliability.

· Must have a university undergraduate degree in any field.

· Minimum of eight (8) years experience in the last twelve (12)
years in a direct project management capacity with detailed knowledge in all nine (9) Project Management knowledge areas as detailed in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) 2000 edition.

· Must have Project Management Institute (PMI) Accreditation as PM Professional.

· Must have a minimum of four (4) years experience as a Project Manager of a significant size project (project lasted 3 years) in charge of a team of no less than five (5) individuals.

· Must have Formal Project Management Training - Copy of Certificate(s) required for all training required.

· Post graduate training in project management from a university or a recognized training institution including Military organization; Or
· Project management training from an accredited PM Training Institution leading to a college certificate/diploma; Or
· Project management training from a PMI accredited training organization including: Cost and Scheduling, Risk Management, Scope Management, etc.

· Must have developed or managed any 5 of the following:

· Project Charter; Defence Management approval documentation; such as Synopsis Sheets; Preliminary Project Risk Assessment; Statement of Requirements; Work Breakdown Structure; Project Management Plan; Risk Plan and Risk Assessment Schedule; Communication Plan; Request for Proposal Documentation such as Statement of Work and Evaluation Plan.

· Must have demonstrated practical experience using Earned Value Analysis for project status reporting and assessment in the context of milestone based deliverables.

· Must have demonstrated practical experience using project management tools including, but not limited to: a scheduling tool or another project planning tool for planning, scheduling, task assignment and progress reporting such as MS Project; a Risk Management tool such as Risk Radar; a Requirement Management tool such as DOORS.

· Must have demonstrated practical experience in technical discipline (e,g. system engineering, ILS, Configuration Management,
Procurement) as related to the Acquisition and Support processes.

· Must have demonstrated practical experience in having participated in the approval of projects through the Defence Management System (DMS).

· All applicants must already be incorporated or become incorporated prior to the first billing date.
