To qualify for this full-time position, you must meet ALL the following
expertise:
· Must hold a minimum security clearance of Enhanced Reliability.
· Must have a minimum of 3 years daily interaction with MS Project.
· Must have a minimum of 1 year daily interaction with Primavera
Project Planner.
· Must have experience with DND's Tactical Communications Command
and Control (TCCCS), and the ISTAR project.
· Must have experience in conducting detailed analysis of contractor
developed schedules, progress reports, and earned value assessments.
· Must have experience in creating work breakdown structures and
risk management programs for complex, large-scope projects, such as a Major
Crown Project.
· Must have experience in creating schedules by defining activities,
building complex dependencies between activities, interacting with
stakeholders, and establishing critical paths.
· Must have experience in displaying schedule information by
creating multiple views, briefs and abstractions for different audiences.
· Must have experience in analyzing the schedule impacts of
engineering or programmatic changes, resource conflicts, or other unforeseen
delays.
