I find it incredible that anyone could even contemplate discontinuing
proceedings against Atkinson. At best he is a con man and a
fraudster. At worst he is a dangerous drug dealer (taking some of
the drugs he purports to be pedalling can be fatal outside of a
doctors supervision).
Either way, the sooner he gets a police record the better.
