VLF wouldn't matter. How can a member be cashed when it didn't exist. Besides the fact that it only does CLISTs from SYSPROC.

OTOH, LLA would matter. Is the library defined to LLA? Another possibility is ACF2 if this is an ACF2 shop. But I assume if it was, Radoslaw would be familiar with this type of problem (protection). FYI... taking additional extents with SYSEXEC would NOT cause this problem. But I also assume you logged off and on to TSO before posting.

I don't think anyone mentioned it, but try a refresh of LLA. We had some of our main ISPF clist and panel libraries in LLA, and when you added a new member or updated a member, you couldn't access the new or updated member until you did the refresh of LLA. That problem still bit me years after we put the libraries in LLA because I would forget.
