organization is seeking a zSeries IT Performance Specialist. Individual
in this role will work with a team of I/T Specialists on z/Series
performance optimization and consulting engagements. As a member of the
z/Series performance management services team, you will engage in a
variety of activities that not only include performance analysis of
client z/OS web based systems and subsystems but also marketing of the
team's services, sizing of opportunities and preparation of SOWs,
leading the team in engagements on a rotating basis, and presenting to
clients at both an executive and technical level. The ability to use
performance monitoring and analysis tools is essential. It is also
expected that you will contribute to the enhancement of the PM Services
team suite of tools, scope of engagements, and service deliverables in
