[Description] 1. Responsible for processing the analysis of
conventional loans to ensure investor guidelines have been met
and to identify breakdown in processes that may have impacted our
losses. 2. Analysis will be responsible for identifying and
submitting any billbacks or indemnifications to minimize default
losses. 3. Analyst will be responsible for identifying any
supplemental claims to be filed to mitigate default losses. 4.
Analyst will be responsible for providing feedback to assist
departments in identifying and implementing process improvements
to minimize losses. 5. Analyst will ensure that all system
balances are cleared on analyzed loans. 6. Analyst will assist
in investor audits. [Requirements] Two-year college degree or
two plus years of related work experience. One year claim
processing preferred. Strong verbal and written communication
skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills, strict
adherence to timeframes, demonstrated ability to complete complex
tasks, demonstrated ability to complete complex tasks. Word
processing (Microsoft Word); Spreadsheets (Excel)
