[Description] Responsible for reviewing loan applications and
decision loans based on loan authority matrix and company
guidelines while remaining consistent with system generated
score. Works under immediate supervision but has an established
exception authority. Defines loan stipulations and works with
Loan Processors to obtain proper documentation. Works with Buyer
to communicate deal approval or rejection to dealer. Work with
Credit Investigator to coordinate direct investigation for
up-front due diligence. [Requirements] High School diploma or
equivalent required. College degree is preferred but not required
with equivalent work experience. 4+ years underwriting experience
in the financial services or automotive industry. Dealing with
internal and external customers in a positive manner during
difficult situations. Good Customer Service skills. Ability to
read and analyze credit bureau reports. Ability to multi task and
handle large volume of work. Working knowledge of the Auto
Industry
