[DESCRIPTION] Support external Sales Staff in solicitation and
management of Special Housing Programs. Act as main contact to
external customers on program related issues. Act as internal
coordinator to ensure execution of contractual duties and
deadlines. Publish bulletins and guidelines for internal and
external distribution. Schedule and arrange facilities for
meetings and presentations. Coordinate with vendors and internal
ITS to maintain department website. Facilitate approval of
program lenders with internal Intermediary Management Dept.
Maintain portions of proprietary system related to contact
database and program management. Prepare and distribute reports
to internal and external customers. Coordinate with internal
Marketing Department to arrange and manage trade show attendance,
marketing publications, special promotions and materials.
[REQUIREMENTS] 1-3 years Mortgage Banking experience required
with specific experience in governmental housing programs and/or
correspondent lending preferred. Candidate must possess very
strong communication skills both verbal and written with emphasis
on external publications such as newletters, bulletins and/or web
publishing. Strong PC skills a must with verifiable fluency in
Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point. Candidate must be highly
self-motivated, organized and able to work in a very dynamic
environment. Outstanding customer service skills required.
