Services. General HR support to all U.S. businesses of the
Private Bank. The HR Solutions Center provides tactical support
to the team of HR Generalists who partner with each of the
businesses in CPB. HR Solutions Center Specialist Coordinate &
manage all HR processes to include new hire processing,
transfers, leaves of absence, payroll issues, and headcount
tracking. Provide primary interface with various HR functional
areas both within CPB as well as areas of Corporate HR & other
applicable vendors (such as disability, relocation, immigration).
Provide support to HR Generalists in all HR processes, such as
annual compensation review, performance evaluations and employee
relations issues. Act as primary contact point for any employee
issues/questions regarding payroll, benefits and personal
information changes. Ensure accurate expense code and management
organization tracking with HR Generalists. Handle processing of
invoices and ordering of supplies. Requirements Technical
proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Some
experience in an HR group Strong analytical skills and ability to
multi-task. Excellent attention to details.Superior written &
verbal communications skills.Honed self-confidence & ability to
influence others.Proficient time-management skills including
flexibility to manage multiple priorities. No
management/supervisory responsibilities at all. BA/BS or
equivalent experience 1 - 2 years experience Complexity of Job
Function: Must have ability to identify issues and propose
solutions. Must be able to carry out tasks to completion
independently. Must communicate clearly and pay high attention to
details. Daily contact with HR Generalists, Employees of CPB, and
functional areas
