[DESCRIPTION] The Specialist position is an excellent
opportunity to learn the fundamentals of implementing Existing
Card Member (ECM) marketing initiatives. This person will
support Program Managers on these initiatives. Key
responsibilities include: * Assist with the completion of all
program documentation, including project plans, program
summaries, and marketing matrices * Track program expenses *
Develop results summaries for marketing programs * Assist with
follow up on team action items, including routing of documents
for team review and approval * Represent business unit at cross
functional team meetings [REQUIREMENTS] * Undergraduate
degree in a business-related major (preferably Marketing) *
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment with limited
direction * Ability to multi-task * Strong communication and
analytical thinking skills
