[DESCRIPTION] Facilitate and deliver job skills training;
computer-based, lecture format. Manage, monitor and develop
associates during training and post class support. Maintain
proficiency in jobs supported. Provide feedback on course
methods and materials to the development manager. Conduct
performance analysis and training needs assessments as necessary
for projects within limited timeframes. Support training
development. Produce consistent new hire results meeting and
exceeding metric goals, support collateral duty project
responsibilities both locally and divisionally. Possess and
demonstrate an understanding of trending and analysis as it
relates to individual, team and project performance. Drive
performance within a matrix management environment. Work
effectively within a high performing team and be able to perform
in cross functional skill training. [REQUIREMENTS] 2-3 years
training development and facilitation experience. 2 years call
center experience. Experience with distance learning beneficial.
Knowledge of operational methods, procedures and process
workflows. 2+ years experience in sales. Ability to conduct
performance analysis and make recommendations for improvements.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills. SME in operational
methods, procedures and workflows pertaining to area of
instruction. Travel requirement up to 25%.
