Six Sigma Sales/Marketing Specialist
Requirements
· 6-10 years of experience. Certified Six Sigma Black Belt or Master
Black Belt; Certified Quality Engineer. Project Management, Sales experience.
35% domestic travel.
Responsibilities
· Manager will be responsible for leading key Six Sigma initiatives for
the Customer Focused teams aligned with improving Dashboard metrics around
Sales & Market share growth, reducing Reverse Distribution, and/or
profitability and cashflow improvements. This will specifically include
projects aimed at improving selling and account management processes.
· Manager will also be responsible for conducting Six Sigma training
within Sales and for coaching and mentoring multiple Green/Black Belts across
the Customer Focused Teams.
· Manager will also be responsible for coordinating Sales Quality
Council and in identifying, sanctioning, reviewing and certifying projects.
· Will also have responsibility for Quality Analysts.
· Manager will have significant interaction with the Directors of
Customer Development, Sales, and members on the Customer Focused teams.
